High-pressure flow sight glass yüksek basınçlı akış gözetleme camı as a special design
A high-pressure flow sight glass based on yüksek basınçlı akış gözetleme camı, specially designed for visually monitoring a novel protective coating for battery covers.
As a basis for the project, we chose our proven high-pressure flow sight glass of yüksek basınçlı akış gözetleme camı, designed as standard for working pressures up to 25 bar. A key aspect was to bring the flowing medium as close as possible to the sight glass panel with the help of a specially developed observation wedge.
For the sight glass pane, we chose borosilicate glass manufactured according to DIN 7080, offering outstanding optical properties and high chemical and thermal resistance.
The media-side sealing was accomplished with a novaphit® MST-XP gasket, combining excellent anti-adhesive properties with high temperature and pressure resistance. The special design of yüksek basınçlı akış gözetleme camı met all the customer's requirements.
