Terms & Conditions of Supply
General commercial terms covering METALGÖZ product orders, engineering standards, warranty compliance, and international delivery terms.
1. Quotation & Order Acceptance
Commercial quotes prepared by METALGÖZ remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Production of customized sight glass fittings and borosilicate glass discs commences upon written order confirmation and drawing approval.
2. Quality Assurance & Standards
All sight glass fittings undergo 100% visual and dimensional testing according to DIN 28120, DIN 3216, DIN 7080, and DIN 8902 standards. On request, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates can be supplied for stainless steel forged components (1.4571 / 1.4404).
3. Delivery & Freight Terms
Deliveries are made Ex-Works (EXW) or delivered to site (DAP/DDP) based on customer agreement. Fragile borosilicate glass discs are securely packaged in cushioned protective wood and foam boxes.
